About the Opportunity:
A well-established private client practice at D.L. & F. De Saram is looking to recruit a Junior Attorney-at-Law. This role offers hands-on exposure to private client advisory, family law matters, testamentary work, and court advocacy.

Key Areas of Work:
Estates & Wills
- Drafting Last Wills and Testamentary Documents
- Advising clients on estate planning matters
- Handling testamentary litigation and related proceedings
Matrimonial & Family Law
- Advising clients on family law issues
- Handling divorce and matrimonial disputes
- Assisting in family-related litigation
Court Advocacy
- Appearing before courts
- Managing case files independently and as part of a team
- Supporting litigation strategy and client representation
Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualified Attorney-at-Law
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and client-management skills
• High degree of empathy and professionalism
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Collaborative approach to working within a team environment
