About the Opportunity:

PPL India is inviting applications for the position of Legal Consultant (IPR). This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) who are looking to work in the media, entertainment, and music licensing sector.

Job Details:

Position: Legal Consultant (IPR)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Eligibility Criteria:

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Strong understanding of copyright law, licensing, and related IPR matters.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on Intellectual Property Rights matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents and agreements.
• Handling copyright-related issues and licensing matters.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions.
• Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting dispute resolution and enforcement matters related to intellectual property.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal issues.
