Job Details:
Position: Legal Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience Required: 1–4 Years (NBFC experience preferred)
Qualification: LL.B. Preferred
Freshers: Candidates with strong legal knowledge may also apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Experience in Legal, Compliance, Documentation, or NBFC sector preferred.
• Litigation experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and contract review.
• Good communication, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage legal and compliance-related assignments independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Managing legal documentation and records.
• Reviewing and vetting contracts and agreements.
• Assisting in litigation and legal proceedings.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Providing legal support and advisory assistance to the organization.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters.
