Eligibility Criteria:
• 5–7 years of relevant Post-Qualification Experience.
• Strong experience in title due diligence and title investigation.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
• Sound understanding of real estate laws and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and adhere to strict timelines.
• Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting title due diligence and independently preparing title investigation reports.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, including conveyance deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, construction finance documents, and ancillary documents.
• Advising clients on real estate laws, regulatory compliance, and transaction structuring.
• Coordinating with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders for smooth transaction execution.
• Managing multiple transactions and assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
