Experience Required: 0–3 Years
Eligibility Criteria:
• 0–3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong interest in courtroom practice and litigation.
• Good legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to develop expertise across multiple judicial forums.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for legal assignments.
Practice Areas:
• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
• City Civil Court Matters.
• Arbitration Proceedings.
• High Court Litigation.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case analysis.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents.
• Assisting in court appearances and hearings.
• Supporting arbitration and litigation matters.
• Managing case files and coordinating litigation-related work.
• Assisting in strategy development and case preparation.
