Experience Required: 4–6 Years PQE
Eligibility Criteria:
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience in handling investment management agreements.
• Sound understanding of legal, regulatory, and contractual risk management.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to advise business and operational teams on contractual matters.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and contract management.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting and negotiating investment management and commercial agreements.
• Identifying and managing legal, regulatory, and contractual risks.
• Updating legal templates and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Advising business, compliance, and operations teams on contract-related matters.
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial documentation.
• Supporting legal and regulatory initiatives across the organization.
