Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and will be discussed at the time of the interview
Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. Graduate.
• Basic knowledge of court proceedings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Good legal research skills.
• Strong drafting and analytical abilities.
• Interest in litigation practice and court appearances.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), replies, and other pleadings.
• Conducting in-depth legal research.
• Assisting in court proceedings and appearances before the Hon’ble High Court and other forums.
• Supporting case preparation and litigation strategy.
• Managing litigation-related documentation and legal assignments.
