What You Will Gain

Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
- Prior experience at a law firm or established chamber preferred
- Experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, and contractual disputes preferred
- Exposure before Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and sessions courts
- Strong drafting skills for pleadings, applications, and written submissions
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and written submissions
- Appearing independently before courts and tribunals
- Briefing senior counsel
- Managing client communication
- Coordinating with junior colleagues on research and case preparation
- Handling matters from initiation to final disposal
