GENERAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Candidates must be law graduates
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal technologies
- Full-time contribution required
- Willingness to travel for outstation matters/meetings
- Proficiency in English & Hindi mandatory
- AIBE-qualified and Bar Council-registered candidates preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
1. ASSOCIATE – DISPUTE RESOLUTION TEAM (LITIGATION)
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years PQE in litigation preferred
Areas of Practice / Work
- Dispute Resolution
- Litigation Practice
- Court Filings & Appearances
Key Responsibilities
- Interacting independently with Senior Advocates for briefing
- Preparation of court documents, case files, and briefs
- Handling court filings and appearances independently
- Communicating regularly with clients regarding case progress
- Managing case files in accordance with firm SOPs
2. ASSOCIATE – CORPORATE RECOVERY TEAM
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years PQE in recovery matters preferred
Areas of Practice / Work
- Section 138 NI Act Matters
- SARFAESI Matters
- DRT Proceedings
- Corporate & Commercial Disputes
- Arbitration & Company Matters
- Corporate Advisory
Key Responsibilities
- Research, drafting, review, and filing of legal documents
- Representation before Trial Courts, High Courts, and DRT
- Handling contractual, arbitration, and company law matters
- Coordination with clients, counsels, and team members
3. ASSOCIATE – IP LITIGATION & PROSECUTION
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years PQE in IP Litigation & Prosecution preferred
