Eligibility Criteria

- Ability to independently appear and handle matters confidently
- Candidates without experience in the specified areas are requested not to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Handling appearances before the Bombay High Court
- Drafting petitions, applications, replies, notices, and written statements
- Managing filings and procedural compliances
- Conducting legal research and assisting in litigation strategy
- Independently handling court-related work
