- Matters under NI Act, BNS, CrPC, BNSS
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Courtroom exposure (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Keen interest in litigation practice
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, bail applications, complaints, and replies
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Appearing before courts and assisting in ongoing matters
