Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in General Corporate work
- Strong interest in M&A, PE/VC, and transactions
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Working on M&A, private equity, and financing transactions
- Assisting in investments, acquisitions, and divestments
- Drafting transaction documents and agreements
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Supporting deal structuring and advisory
