About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Associate – M&A & Litigation (Direct Tax) at the firm’s New Delhi office. This is a hybrid niche role combining corporate transactions + tax litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in Direct Tax and/or Corporate/M&A work
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Interest in both advisory and litigation aspects
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Working on M&A transactions with tax structuring aspects
- Handling direct tax litigation matters
- Drafting legal opinions, submissions, and transaction documents
- Conducting research on tax laws and corporate issue
- Assisting in advisory and dispute resolution work
