About the Internship
Applications are invited for a 3-month legal internship (immediate joining) at the firm’s Hyderabad office. This is a hands-on, structured internship ideal for students aiming to build a career in corporate law with litigation exposure.
Eligibility Criteria
- Penultimate or final-year law students
- Strong interest in corporate law
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to take ownership of work
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate transactions and structuring
- Conducting legal due diligence and compliance advisory
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Supporting litigation research and drafting
- Conducting regulatory research (SEBI, Companies Act, etc.)
- Assisting in startup advisory and IP-related work
