Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients facing loan and debt issues
- Advising on legal remedies under RBI guidelines
- Negotiating with lenders and recovery agents
- Drafting legal notices, agreements, and replies
- Handling real-time dispute resolution matters
