About the Internship
Applications are invited for a 1-month remote legal internship (March–April) with immediate joining. This internship is ideal for students interested in combining legal work with business development aspects of legal practice. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to research, drafting, and real-world legal operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (any year)
- Strong interest in law and business aspects of legal practice
- Proactive, organised, and responsible approach
- Good communication skills and responsiveness
- Willingness to take initiative and learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research (Company Law, Technology Law, Civil, Criminal & International Law)
- Assisting in drafting notes, briefs, and basic agreements
- Conducting case-law research and preparing summaries
- Supporting business development tasks (prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, lead tracking)
- Providing general legal assistance as required
