About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Associate Legal Counsel for the Delhi office. This is a full-time opportunity for recent law graduates looking to build their career in litigation and advisory practice while gaining hands-on exposure to diverse legal matters and court proceedings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates from 2024 or 2025 batches
- Good drafting skills including pleadings such as plaints, complaints, written statements, appeals, and revisions
- Basic understanding of procedural laws
- Proactive and responsible approach with ability to take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with punctuality and professionalism
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, and Indian Kanoon
- Willingness to learn and gradually handle matters independently
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Handling matters related to consumer disputes, arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, criminal law, and N.I. Act
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and legal documents
- Assisting in advisory work, legal opinions, and case strategy
- Supporting court appearances, client interactions, and documentation
- Gaining practical exposure to litigation and advisory practice
