About the Internship
The Office of Justice K.V. Viswanathan is accepting applications for in-person, full-time internships on a rolling basis from March 2026. This internship provides law students and graduates with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and judicial work while working in a highly professional and confidential environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students of undergraduate law programs or candidates who already hold an LL.B. degree
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research
- Professional conduct, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting legal representations and documents
- Supporting legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing matters
- Assisting in case research, drafting pleadings, and preparing briefs for matters before
- District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals
- Maintaining professional conduct, confidentiality, and assisting in advocacy-support work
