About the Internship
Jury Scan is inviting applications for the position of Research Intern. This is a remote internship aimed at law students and graduates who are interested in judgment analysis, legal research, and working with a growing legal-tech publication platform.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or law graduates
- Strong judgment reading and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Supreme Court and High Court judgments
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Extracting case details including court name, parties, issues, holdings, and precedents
- Analysing Supreme Court and High Court judgments
- Identifying legal issues, ratio decidendi, outcomes, and precedential value
- Tagging cases based on court, judge, statute, section, relief, and treatment
