Eligibility Criteria
- PQE: 2–4 years
- Strong experience in litigation
- Sound knowledge of Arbitration Law and Corporate Laws
- Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and handle matters responsibly
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
- Handling arbitration-related matters
- Assisting and appearing in corporate and commercial litigation
- Conducting legal research and case preparation
- Coordinating with clients and senior counsel
