About the Internship
Globik AI is inviting applications for the position of Legal & Compliance Intern. The intern will work closely with the Founder and Leadership Team, gaining hands-on exposure to tender applications, grant programs, accelerator/incubator submissions, and corporate certifications.
This is a paid internship, with stipend as per industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be in the final year of their undergraduate law program or must have completed an LL.B.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Interest in drafting, compliance, and regulatory work
- Sound understanding of documentation and compliance requirements
- Ability to research and align legal and regulatory frameworks with business models
Roles & Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting representations and legal documents
- Assisting in applying for and managing corporate certifications (ISO and other industry-relevant certifications)
- Preparing, managing, and submitting tender documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines
- Supporting legal research, drafting, and case preparation
- Assisting with administrative and compliance-related tasks as required
