NSDL Payments Bank is looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA / Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Banking and CASA module testing. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of banking systems and compliance.
Position Details
- Role: Manual QA / Test Engineer – Banking (CASA Module)
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Domain: Banking / Payments Bank
- Module Focus: CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements related to CASA products
- Design and execute manual test cases for account opening, maintenance, transactions, interest, charges, and account closures
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration Testing and support SIT & UAT
- Conduct backend/database testing to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Redmine
- Coordinate closely with business, technology, and product teams for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing within the Banking domain
- Strong hands-on experience in CASA module testing
- Good understanding of KYC norms, interest computation, charges, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in application-level and browser-based testing
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Redmine)
- Exposure to Core Banking Systems will be an added advantage
