About the Opportunity:
Applications are invited for the position of Associate (Litigation) at a Delhi-based office with active practice before the Supreme Court, High Courts and Tribunals. The role is ideal for young litigators looking to deepen their drafting, research, and court appearance experience.
Position:
Associate – Litigation
Experience: 1–3 years PQE
Nature of Work: Drafting, Appearances, Research and Advisory Work

New Delhi
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. degree with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior exposure to litigation before Supreme Court/High Courts/Tribunals preferred.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle matters responsibly and work in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting petitions, applications, replies and other pleadings.
- Appearing before the Supreme Court, High Courts and Tribunals as required.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing notes, case briefs and opinions.
- Assisting in advisory work and strategy discussions on ongoing matters.
