About the Opportunity:
RevX Capital is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate to join its in-house legal team. The firm is seeking a dynamic professional with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably from a reputed law firm, with exposure to Special Opportunities Funds, structured finance, or investment transactions.

About the Role:
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting complex investment and special situation transactions, working closely with leadership and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and commercial documents such as debenture trust deeds, investment agreements, settlement agreements, and security documents.
- Assist in structuring and executing special situation / distressed asset investments and Special Opportunities Fund transactions.
- Support in IBC matters – review pleadings, coordinate with counsel, and track litigation.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare risk summaries.
- Liaise with external counsels, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal assistance in corporate governance, compliance, and portfolio entity documentation.
- Prepare internal legal notes, trackers, and maintain transaction documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. from a reputed institution.
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a law firm handling investment, banking, or restructuring mandates.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, Contract Law, and IBC.
- Prior experience with Special Opportunities Funds, AIFs, or distressed asset investors is a plus.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
