The Chambers of Surbhi T Nandan, located in New Delhi, is inviting applications for two internship positions for the period starting from 15th October to December 2025. Interns may apply for either a month-wise position or for the entire duration.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical exposure to litigation practice and develop a deeper understanding of casework across diverse areas of law.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students currently in their 4th or 5th year of a five-year integrated law course from a recognised law school.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, professional integrity, and a genuine interest in litigation.
- Should be willing to learn, observe court proceedings, assist in legal research, and undertake drafting assignments.
Practice Areas:
Interns will gain exposure to litigation involving—
- Criminal Law
- Civil Disputes
- Matrimonial Matters
- Cheque Bounce Cases (Section 138 NI Act)
- Cases under Special Statutes, including but not limited to:
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
- Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO)
- Customs Act, among others
