Eligibility Criteria
- Position 1:
- Experience: 3–5 years litigation experience
- Skills Required: Drafting pleadings, legal research, case law analysis
- Preference: Exposure to IBC, Arbitration, SARFAESI Act, and writs
- Position 2:
- Experience: 5–10 years litigation experience
- Skills Required: Drafting pleadings, legal research, case law analysis
- Preference: Exposure to IBC, Arbitration, SARFAESI Act, and writs
- Position 3:
- Experience: 10–15 years litigation experience
- Skills Required: Drafting pleadings, legal research, case law analysis
- Preference: Exposure to IBC, Arbitration, SARFAESI Act, and writs
