About the Internship
Zinnov is inviting applications for a Legal Internship. The role offers exposure to corporate, commercial, labor, and data protection laws, along with hands-on experience in contract management and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5-year LL.B. course
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Interest in litigation, research, and drafting
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on commercial, corporate, labor, and data protection laws
- Assist with drafting and reviewing agreements under guidance of the legal team
- Draft legal documents, prepare case summaries, and provide analytical support
- Contribute to ongoing legal projects and research
- Create and refine legal content on relevant topics
- Collaborate with the legal team in compliance and advisory work
