About the Role
Ambani and Associates LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advocate (Drafting & Legal Contracting) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh law graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience in legal drafting, contract management, and compliance. The selected candidate will work closely with our legal and finance teams to ensure legal accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards in accounting and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to accounting and financial services.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, notices, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the accounting sector.
- Handle correspondence with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Support dispute resolution and legal advisory functions.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university (Bar Council registration preferred).
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and financial regulations.
- Excellent drafting, legal writing, and research skills.
- High attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
