About the Opportunity
Position: Associate
Location: Bangalore
PQE: 1–3 Years
Eligibility Criteria
(i) LL.B. from a recognized law school.
(ii) 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law (law firm or in-house preferred).
(iii) Strong knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial laws.
(iv) Legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
(v) Professional communication and client-handling abilities.
(vi) Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
(vii) Preference will be given to candidates who can join at the earliest.
Roles and Responsibilities
(i) Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, service/vendor/shareholder agreements, etc.).
(ii) Assist in M&A transactions – due diligence, drafting, and post-deal compliance.
(iii) Advise clients on company law, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and general commercial matters.
(iv) Conduct legal research and draft opinions/advisories.
(v) Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
(vi) Ensure timely compliance and manage corporate filings and documentation.
