About the Opportunity
This opportunity is ideal for law graduates or final-year students looking to build a strong foundation in legal practice. Trainees will be working closely with senior lawyers on matters involving contract drafting, regulatory advisory, litigation, and client representation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate (or final-year law student, if highly competent)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Prior internship experience in commercial law or litigation is preferred
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, Licensing Agreements, etc.)
- Conducting legal research and preparing regulatory and policy opinions
- Assisting in civil and criminal litigation – including case briefs, drafting pleadings, and filing documents
- Attending court proceedings and client meetings
- Supporting senior lawyers in advisory, compliance, and litigation tasks
