Job Location: Delhi NCR (NOIDA)
Experience: 0-2 years (Specially in drafting)
Salary: Above industry standards and experience.
Qualifications-
- A qualified law graduate with 0-2 year of litigation experience.
- Preferred Degrees: LL.B, BA/BBA/B.Com. LL.B (Hons.).
- Candidates with experience shall be preferred.
- Candidates looking to work for a long term will be given preference.
- Experience with Litigation work with drafting and court experience shall be preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task and should be Flexible and eager to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals;
- Fluency in the English language (spoken and written) is essential.
Area of Practice- Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Labour dispute, matrimonial cases, motor accident claim disputes, RERA, Consumer dispute, Cheque Bounce matters…etc
Role and responsibility –
- Drafting
- Research work
- Client interaction
- Court filling/e-filling
- Court procedural work
- Attending court hearing
Location- Kindly note that the firm operates from Noida office.
Office timings- 10:00 to 19:00 (Flexibility)
