About the Organiser
“Law Seed” is an organization which believes the Accountability of Law Students in the changing society. The organization was stated by a team of legal fraternity in 2019 and it is registered in the year 2023 it is now actively working for the welfare and betterment of the society. The organization has been working to address several social issue through various academic activities among law students, thereby creating opportunities to disseminate legal awareness amongst masses. Law Seed is an academic initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of legal mind with a mission to simplify legal education and make it accessible to the legal community. Law Seed conducts various workshop, crash courses, research guidance programs and moot court training sessions for aspiring law students, Advocate and other legal fraternities.
Details about the Event
The 1ST EDITION OF LAW SEED MOOT PREMIER LEAGUE 2026, organized by law seed, is a premier platform for law students across india to showcase their research, advocacy, and oratory skills. This competition is designed to bridge the gap between legal theory and practice, allowing participants to engage in realistic court simulations and develop critical thinking, legal reasoning, and courtroom etiquette. The moot is conducted entirely online, making it accessible to students nationwide, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and judicial rigor.
The medium of language throughout the competition will be in english. There will be preliminary round, quarter final round, semi finals and final round. Further a special award for winner, runner, best researcher, best speaker, best memorial will be awarded. Moreover all the participants will receive an internship opportunity will be provided to all the participants and also an 50% discount on publication with law foyer international journal of doctrinal legal research (issn: 2583-7753)
Eligibility to Participate
- The competition is open to students currently enrolled in LL.B. under graduate degree courses (both 5 year and 3 year programs) across the country.
- A team is permitted to have members from more than one institution (cross teaming)
- More than one team from one institution can register; there is no limitation as to the availability of the slots.
