ABOUT THE ORGANISERS
UNIVERSITY OF AIZU, JAPAN: The mission of the University of Aizu is “to Advance Knowledge for Humanity,” or in other words, to make discoveries and inventions which will contribute to the peace and prosperity of people. UoA has conducted research and academic exchanges with 100 universities and research institutions in 25 countries and regions. They are also conducting various global initiatives, including offering training programs for students who are interested in study abroad or conducting research overseas.
Jindal Global Law School in collaboration with ETLTC & ACM Chapter on E-Learning and Technical Communication, University of Aizu Japan has announced the THIRD INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE HORIZONS & SOCIETY (ICAIH2026) with SCOPUS Publication opportunity. The ICAIH’26 aims to bring together research scholars working in the area of Artificial Intelligence. The purpose of the conference is to encourage research scholars to present their research before a panel of academic experts and to receive valuable feedback for further research.
The Conference sets the stage for an exciting event filled with inspiring keynotes and valuable networking opportunities. Attendees are captivated by thought-provoking speeches from renowned industry leaders. Breakout sessions dive deeper into specific topics, while networking breaks provide valuable connections.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of topics. You are welcome to submit abstracts on any topic of your interest as long as it falls within an area of concern on Artificial Intelligence.
Paper Submission DETAILS
ICAIH2026 welcomes high-quality, original, and previously unpublished submissions in the theories, technologies, and applications on all aspects of artificial intelligence and information management.
Paper submission must be in English. All papers will be double-blind and reviewed by the Program Committee based on technical quality, relevance to data mining, originality, significance, and clarity. All paper submissions will be handled electronically. Papers that do not comply with the Submission Policy will be rejected without review.
Each submitted paper must include an abstract of up to 200 – 250 words and be no longer than 12-15 single-spaced pages with 10pt font size (including references, appendices, etc.). Authors MAY NOT use any specific manuscript submission guidelines for their first draft paper submissions. All papers must be submitted electronically through the CMT paper submission system in PDF format only. Supplementary material may NOT be submitted as a separate PDF file, and reviewers are not obligated to consider this, your manuscript should, therefore, stand on its own merits without any supplementary material. Supplementary material will not be published in the proceedings.
We require that any submission to AIIM must not be already published or under review at another archival conference or journal. Submitting a paper to the conference means that if the paper is accepted, at least one author will complete the regular registration and attend the conference to present the paper. For no-show authors, their papers will NOT be included in the proceedings.
Double Blind Review
- Paper submissions must adhere to the double-blind review policy.
- Submissions must remove all details identifying the author(s) from the original manuscript (including the supplementary files, if any), and the author(s) should refer to their prior work in the third person and include all relevant citations.
- The author list and order cannot be changed after the paper is submitted.
- All manuscripts must be prepared and submitted following the above format. Usage of other formats may lead to the disqualification of the paper for the conference.
- All submitted papers will be reviewed by AT LEAST TWO reviewers.
Submission Categories:
- Full Paper (12-15 pages) – This category typically refers to the submission of a complete and original research paper, including detailed methodology, results, and conclusions. Papers more than 15 pages in length will be accepted if the content, approach, and design of the paper are relevant.
- Short Paper (6-11 pages) – Short papers are typically shorter versions of full papers, focusing on concise presentations of research findings or work in progress.
- Poster – Posters are visual representations of research work that are presented on large boards during conference poster sessions. They often provide an overview of the research problem, methodology, and key findings. Poster submissions will only be published in the ACM Book of Abstracts & Posters. However, poster papers may be accepted (in consultation with the publication editor) when the minimum page number is 6 and under the category of short papers.
- Work-in-Progress (6-11 pages) – This category is for ongoing research or projects that are not yet completed but show promising preliminary results. WiP submissions usually focus on presenting the research problem, motivation, and initial progress.
- Demo Paper (6-11 pages) – Demo papers describe the implementation of a system, tool, or prototype that will be showcased during the conference. They typically emphasize the features, functionality, and significance of the demonstrated technology.
- Industry Track (4-8 pages) – We also welcome industry-focused papers. These submissions often describe practical applications, case studies, or experiences related to the conference’s topic within an industrial context.
- Survey/Review Papers (6-15 pages) – Survey or review papers provide a comprehensive summary and analysis of existing research in a particular field or subfield. These papers often identify gaps, challenges, and future directions for further research.
- Workshop papers are welcome if they comply with the above page limits for full or short papers.

- Non-anonymous papers will NOT be accepted and to be sent back or desk rejected.
- Submission of a 500-word extended abstract is the MINIMUM requirement to participate in the conference as an author-presenter.
- Please comply with the Microsoft CMT submission guidelines.
- No template is required for the first draft submission.
- Submissions after the deadline MAY NOT be accepted. Seek prior approval from the conference chair if you need additional time for submission.
- Final camera-ready papers will NOT be accepted without a formal plagiarism report from https://www.ithenticate.com/ or https://www.turnitin.com/
- Choice of publication proceedings will be made based on the paper topic and institutional requirements, quality, review comments, and a final decision by the conference chair. However, authors can recommend their choice of publication proceedings.
- A separate link is to be sent for the camera-ready submission for both the AIP proceedings and the ACM Book of Abstracts and Posters. DO NOT submit the camera-ready submission in Microsoft CMT.

Selected Papers will be considered for the AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus Indexed with H-index of 80+)
Selected Papers will be considered for the Engineering Proceedings (MDPI) (Scopus Indexed with H-index of 12+)
Selected papers will be considered for the EDP Web of Conferences Proceedings.
All other papers (short and extended abstracts/posters) will be considered for the ACM Book of Abstracts & Posters with ISSN.
