Jus Corpus: Jus Corpus is a body of legal professionals who have come together to bring various aspects and chains of law under a single umbrella. Jus Corpus, An Ed-Tech platform set up in 2020 has a wide reach of 6 lacs clicks per month on an average basis on our website (www.juscorpus.com). The inspiration was derived from the ever-growing need for Law Students. Jus Corpus has also incorporated an interdisciplinary journal and a multi-disciplinary journal as its subsidiaries named as the ‘Jus Corpus Law Journal’ & the ‘International Journal of Law Research, Education and Social Sciences’.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ms. Mohini Taneja (Assistant Professor, School of Law, Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Faridabad)
Ms. Mohini Taneja is an Assistant Professor in School of Law at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Faridabad. She has completed her B.A. LL.B from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Thereafter she completed her masters from Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, in Criminal Law. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. She represents herself as a student of law as well as philosophy. She is a reader and wants to remain a reader for the rest of her life. The immense pleasure of teaching and learning together is bliss for her. She is a dedicated and dynamic legal professional with a unique blend of litigation experience and academic expertise, committed to making meaningful contributions to the legal profession. Possessing a passion for teaching, research, and practical application of legal principles, Mohini Taneja is well-equipped to inspire and empower the next generation of legal professionals. Other than her academics and practical endeavors, she actively contributes to expertise and skills to a progressive institution and aims to enhance productivity while achieving organizational objectives with a focus on time, management, quality and discipline. As an assistant professor of law, she is dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking and legal analysis. Moreover, she is committed to preparing the next generation of legal professionals through innovative teaching methods and cutting-edge research. Her passion for law and dedication to academic excellence drive her commitment to shaping future legal minds.
