About the DPIIT IPR Chair:
The DPIIT IPR Chair has been established to promote research, awareness, policy development, and academic engagement in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. The Chair undertakes research projects, publications, training programmes, and policy-oriented initiatives relating to IP law and innovation.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must satisfy the eligibility requirements prescribed by NLU Delhi.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Interest in Intellectual Property Rights, innovation, and policy research.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in legal research, academic writing, or IPR-related work will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in legal and policy research relating to Intellectual Property Rights.
• Conducting literature reviews and case law analysis.
• Supporting research projects, reports, and publications.
• Assisting in the organization of academic and training programmes.
• Drafting research notes, policy briefs, and other academic materials.
• Contributing to the activities of the DPIIT IPR Chair.
