About the Opportunity:
A leading global investment firm is hiring a Legal Counsel (EMEA) for its in-house legal team. The role involves handling complex cross-border matters and providing strategic legal support across the EMEA region.
Eligibility:
(i) 8–12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
(ii) Strong experience in intragroup agreements, corporate governance, and cross-border advisory.
(iii) Prior experience in a global role focusing on the EMEA region is strongly preferred.
(iv) Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
(v) Experience working with international stakeholders and multi-jurisdictional matters.
Role & Responsibilities:
(i) Advising on intragroup agreements and corporate governance matters.
(ii) Handling cross-border legal and regulatory advisory work.
(iii) Working closely with internal business teams and global stakeholders.
(iv) Identifying legal risks and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
