About the Opportunity:
AU Small Finance Bank is hiring for the position of AM / DM Legal Manager for its Legal & Recovery (Write-Off – Vehicle Finance) vertical. This role is suitable for candidates with NBFC/Banking legal recovery experience who can join immediately.

Location:
Borivali, Mumbai
(Local candidates preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) LL.B. degree is mandatory.
(ii) 1–2 years of experience in NBFC or Banking sector.
(iii) Prior exposure to legal recovery matters.
(iv) Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
(i) Handling Section 138 NI Act matters (execution through Police Station).
(ii) Arbitration proceedings.
(iii) EP Filing.
(iv) Applications under Section 9 & Section 25.
(v) Filing under Section 156 & Section 420 IPC.
(vi) Strong understanding of recovery-related legal procedures.
Nature of Work:
(i) Managing legal recovery matters related to vehicle finance write-offs.
(ii) Coordination with police stations, advocates, and internal teams.
(iii) Handling arbitration and court proceedings.
(iv) Ensuring timely filings and legal compliance.
