Eligibility Criteria:
• Law Degree (LL.B.) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate legal experience.
• Hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts.
• Experience dealing with global stakeholders and international contracts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Redline and negotiate contractual terms with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with global teams and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Support international business transactions and partnerships.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and legal risks.
