About the Opportunity:
Shandilya Law Offices LLP, a reputed and dynamic litigation firm based in New Delhi, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Law Associate. The firm is looking for committed and passionate legal professionals with 2–5 years of litigation experience who are eager to grow and take on diverse legal challenges.
The firm practices across a wide range of legal areas including Writ Petitions, Civil & Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Land Acquisition (RFCTLARR Act), Insolvency & Bankruptcy, DRT Matters, Recovery Suits, Consumer Affairs, Intellectual Property Rights, Family Law, Cyber Law, and allied matters. The firm regularly appears before District Courts (Delhi/NCR), NCDRC, DRTs, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Eligibility & Requirements:
(i) Minimum 2–5 years of litigation experience.
(ii) Strong drafting skills.
(iii) Good communication skills.
(iv) Strong command over English and Hindi.
(v) Excellent legal research skills.
(vi) Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
(vii) Good understanding of ground-level court work.
(viii) Strong ability to present and argue matters in court.
(ix) Ability to manage and adapt to new types of cases.
(x) Punctuality and sincerity are highly valued.
Working Hours:
10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
(May vary depending on assignments)
Leave Policy:
Four (4) casual leaves
(Prior intimation to the office is mandatory)
