About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Corporate Associate / Senior Associate at a law firm’s Bengaluru office. This is a premium corporate role focused on M&A and PE/VC work.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2.5–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in General Corporate Advisory, PE/VC, and M&A
- Strong drafting, analytical, and transaction-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Working on M&A and private equity/venture capital transactions
- Drafting agreements and transaction documents
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Advising clients on corporate and regulatory matters
- Assisting in deal structuring and negotiations
