ABOUT THE CHAMBERS
Chambers of Shashi Pratap Singh (COSPS) is a litigation and advisory chambers based in New Delhi, with an office in Lajpat Nagar III and dedicated chambers at the High Court of Delhi.
Founded and led by Shashi Pratap Singh, Advocate, who has a decade of standing at the Bar, the Chambers practises before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, statutory tribunals in New Delhi, and the District Courts of Delhi.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Associate.
The opportunity is suitable for an advocate with up to one year of experience at the Bar or a fresher who has completed core internships in litigation or dispute resolution in Delhi.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a busy and fast-paced litigation practice, with practical exposure to drafting, legal research, and court appearances from the outset.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Advocates with up to one year of experience at the Bar may apply.
Fresh law graduates may apply if they have completed core internships in litigation or dispute resolution in Delhi.
Candidates should be interested in litigation, legal research, drafting, and court practice.
Applicants should be prepared to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting legal documents and assisting with litigation matters.
Conducting legal research and preparing case-related materials.
Assisting in matters before the High Court of Delhi.
Supporting appearances and proceedings before the District Courts and tribunals.
Assisting with day-to-day litigation and advisory work.
