ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Vaish Associates Advocates is looking for Lawyers/Company Secretaries for its Mumbai office with 1–3 years of PQE in Corporate/Company Secretarial matters, preferably with experience at a reputed law or consultancy firm.
The selected candidates will be expected to be team players with a good academic record, strong drafting skills, and good oral communication abilities.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 years PQE
Eligible Professionals: Lawyers/Company Secretaries
Key Requirements & Areas of Work:
- Relevant experience in handling corporate matters.
- Company secretarial matters.
- Legal due diligence.
- Corporate advisory.
- FEMA advisory.
- Strong drafting and oral communication skills.
- Good academic record.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
