Eligibility Criteria:
• Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council.
• 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Prior work experience and independent appearances before Courts are mandatory.
• Well-versed with procedural laws.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Experience in drafting both litigation and non-litigation documents.
• Ability to independently appear before Courts and Tribunals.
• Willingness to learn and undertake challenging assignments.
Responsibilities:
• Handling Corporate & Commercial Litigation matters.
• Conducting Legal and Title Due Diligence exercises.
• Assisting in General Corporate Practice matters.
• Drafting pleadings, agreements, opinions, notices, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and case analysis.
• Appearing before various Courts and Tribunals independently.
• Advising clients and assisting in corporate and litigation-related assignments.
