The Corporate Finance Department is inviting applications for the position of Company Secretary & Governance Officer. The role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience to lead governance and compliance functions across US, Singapore, and India operations.
Key Focus Areas
- Corporate governance & compliance (SEC, SOX, SEBI, FEMA, ACRA, MAS, RBI)
- Board & committee management (AGM, Audit, Risk, CSR, NRC)
- Regulatory filings, statutory reporting, and ESG compliance
- M&A, cross-border transactions, and investor liaison
Location
- Pune & Mumbai
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) + LL.B.
- 5+ years of experience with listed entities (ITES/BFSI sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, governance frameworks, and stakeholder management
