- Location: South Delhi, New Delhi
- PQE: 1–5 Years
- Qualification: LL.B. (3-Year or 5-Year Programme) / LL.M.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting trademark searches and providing legal opinions
- Filing and prosecution of trademark applications
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating trademark portfolios
- Handling client queries related to IP practices in India
- Drafting Notices of Opposition, Counter Statements, Rejoinders, and related pleadings
- Managing oppositions, cancellations, rectifications, and affidavits
- Attending show cause hearings before the Trademark Registry
- Managing IP filings, prosecution, and renewals
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–5 years of relevant PQE in trademark/IP practice
- Strong drafting and legal opinion skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and client-handling skills
