Experience Required: 2+ Years PQE
Eligibility Criteria:
• Registered Patent Agent with a Law Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in patent drafting, filing of applications, and patent prosecution.
• Strong understanding of Intellectual Property laws and related legal frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle patent-related matters independently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
• Drafting patent specifications and related documentation.
• Filing patent applications and handling procedural requirements.
• Managing patent prosecution matters before the Patent Office.
• Conducting legal and technical analysis of inventions.
• Advising clients on patent protection and IP-related issues.
• Assisting in the management of intellectual property portfolios.
