Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and in good standing.
• Excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Sound understanding of civil/commercial litigation procedure.
• Ability to handle matters independently.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and written submissions.
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Manage litigation matters independently.
• Prepare case briefs, legal opinions, and litigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and counsels.
• Ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural requirements.
