About the Opportunity
Shrawat & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate (Legal) with immediate joining. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Interest in litigation and IBC matters
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents
- Supporting litigation work and case preparation
- Assisting in court-related matters
