Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Strong interest in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
• Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and assisting in the development of case strategies.
• Preparing briefs and compiling relevant documentation.
• Coordinating with senior counsel for effective representation before courts and tribunals.
• Assisting in litigation matters and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Ensuring timely execution of filings, hearings, and deliverables.
• Coordinating with clients, counsels, and internal teams on ongoing matters.
• Supporting case management and litigation-related activities.
