Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualified Indian Patent Agent.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Patent Prosecution.
• Post-Graduation or Doctorate in Pharma, Biotech, Chemical, or Allied Sciences.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge and ability to quickly understand inventions.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• LL.B. qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills.
Responsibilities:
• Handling patent prosecution matters in the Chemical, Pharma, and Biotech sectors.
• Drafting and responding to patent office communications.
• Conducting technical and legal analysis of inventions.
• Assisting clients with patent protection strategies.
• Reviewing patent specifications and prosecution documents.
• Coordinating with inventors, clients, and patent authorities.
